Artist Diane Delorey

Diane Delorey is an award-winning painter whose work explores movement and space in bold hues and textures. Originally from Texas, Delorey’s current work reflects South Florida’s exuberant colors and is featured in galleries across the region.

A contemporary response to the natural world, Diane Delorey creates anchored pictorial narratives that strike a chord and your sense of reality. After successful careers in advertising as an art/creative director and as a yacht chef, Delorey now focuses on her art in a variety of mediums and styles in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

While perspective and color can change, as do the styles and subjects, the art Diane Delorey creates always embodies a certain warmth. “My paintings embrace the love of color and a passion for paint.  They are laden with rich, inviting layers of color, texture and impressions.  I want my work to touch in a powerful way, so the viewer wants to possess the piece and visit with it. I think of each piece as “a love letter.”
