E. Scott Kennedy studied art and marine science at Coastal Carolina University in South Carolina. He currently lives in Coconut Creek, FL and teaches marine biology and environmental science at a South Florida High School sharing his passion and respect for the environment with his students.

An avid outdoorsman, Scott enjoys all aspects of water recreation: boating, fishing, paddle boarding, snorkeling and diving for lobster. Scott has been painting marine life for many years. He has displayed his marine-themed work at the Las Olas Art Fair, Coral Springs Arts Festival, Dania Beach Seafood Festival, Palm Beach Marine & Wildlife Festival, Ft. Lauderdale Sailboat Bend Show, Delray Beach Arts Festival, Saint Stephens Art Show and the Islamorada Arts Festival.

Scott’s marine art can be characterized as vibrant, colorful in a beautiful painterly style.
